Has anybody ever had this situation whenever you wore granny loafers?

I worked as a teacher at lincoln high school i'm a english teacher and i am a girl girl woman and i like to dress up everyday and look fabulous. I would always dress up in a button up dress shirt or an oxford dress shirt with either slacks or a knee length skirt with a pair of fabulous granny loafers. Somedays whenever i get home from work usually around 5 pm and i get tired or i had some school papers to grade i would just leave my work outfit on and whenever my husband gets home and sees me in my outfit he would be on his knees and telling me that i look beautiful. I knew what he wanted so i lured him into the bedroom and he literally followed me on his knees and bam. Has anybody ever had this situation whenever you wore granny loafers??? This actually happened about a month ago and i am pregnant with my first child i think because of this. I'm just really curious has any other women had something like this happen ??? I'm also curious of why does he follow me on his knees even though i told him to get back his feet many times but he insisted to stay on his knees.
