Do a search on examples of crying in the Bible.
2 Samuel 12:19-23, noted in part here;
22And he said, While the child was yet alive, I fasted and wept: for I said, Who can tell whether GOD will be gracious to me, that the child may live?
23But now he is dead, wherefore should I fast? can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me.
If you just want verses on confessing, see these;
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Psa 41:4 I said, LORD, be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee.
Psa 51:4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight:
Psa 66:18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:
Psa 103:10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.
Psa 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.
Psa 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
Psa 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.

Hey there,
First of all, God is not impressed with our tears. My question is, why do you need to cry your eyes out? It's not necessary.
He's not impressed with anything we can do. He knows what we are capable of - because he made us. He wants true repentance.
The only way for true repentance is through Jesus Christ. Try this passage: Luke 7:36-50
Especially the part where Jesus says, "Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven—for she loved much. But he who has been forgiven little loves little.”

Ephesians 2:8,9 says: For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God. Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Romans 10:8-10 says: But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
He will forgive you for ALL of your sins regardless of what they are. All you have to do be truly repentant and ask Him to come into your heart and be your Lord and savior and put your trust completely in Him.
Lord forgive me for I am a sinner. Please come into my heart and wash away all my sins and make me a new person in Christ. Thank you for saving me.
Read the book of John in the New Testament of the Holy Bible.
God loves you and so do I.
