Problem with algor oven?
Light comes on, grill and fan works but oven only works on full, could this be thermostat problems and does anyone know how to change it???

Yep, sounds like a thermostat to me.
You would need to take it out and get the model no. and brand of the oven and go around to an electrical wholesaler or some place like that.
You should get a sparky to change it over though.
