How can we trust Obama to be tough on our enemies when he can't even handle FOX News?
President Obama will appear on Sunday morning shows on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and Univision’s Al Punto. That’s the most ever for a president. He’ll tape these programs Friday at the White House. He will also make an appearance on David Letterman.
It's kind of interesting that he is avoiding FOX, especially since Fox has millions more viewers than CNN. Why is he so afraid if he has nothing to hide and is so confident in his health care plan? Fox would ask him questions that the majority of Americans want answered. Why is he refusing to answer them? Fear can be the only reason he is avoiding FOX, and that should concern everyone.
Our President can't handle FOX news!! LOL....How embarrassing and OH SO TELLING.
Exactly my point *Coool*. It is very scary and actually pretty funny at the same time.
How can anyone ambush the President? By asking tough questions? Think about that for a minute.
Logan honey, why would he not want to go directly to the source of the alledged lies to set them straight? If someone were lying about you, would you confront them directly, or avoid them? I am not confrontational, (I know I appear to be a real toughy, but I am not.) however if someone were lying about me I would have no problem confronting them.
Ekledtic** Thank you!!! That was very nice, and I am happy to report that all is going great.
Logan, I want you to know that I do not watch Hannity because I do believe he is far too harsh. However, I have never once heard any of the news programs call him a murderer of children and they never talk about his birth place anymore than the other stations when it came out a few months (or weeks) ago. Fox Sunday is a very good show and they always have a both sides on each and every week. Honestly. Watch it and you will see they are very fair.

WTG - but, Fox News should not be handled other than to show them the respect they deserve as journalist who report, just like those journalists who don't report. Does he not realize he might be able to shut them up if he would give them 5 minutes of his time instead of just giving the American people reason to watch them by stating they are saying all the wrong things. Heck that is why I started watching Fox, I wanted to know why they deserved mention by the Pres but not his time. See, Pres O can control what he is asked and how he answers on the channels he visits. So, what is he afraid of? Is he afraid Fox may ask him - "Since the bill does not specifically say abortions will not be covered, can they be covered with tax dollars in the future?" Can you imagine the President being asked a specific detailed question and actually have to answer the question with a specific deliberate answer? It is easy to answer questions like "Does the bill state abortions will be covered?" You and I both know he can honestly answer "No" but that is not a complete answer. The complete answer would have to indicate that it can be covered.

Damn somebody at YA that actually gets it.Pre taped interviews with canned questions that should be real interesting, plenty of time for editing.More than once Obama has all but called out Fox like some school yard bully.I would like to see if he has the balls to go one on one with Chris Wallace and answer the tough questions. The answers from the liberals regarding this question is very telling, they can't handel facts.

Do not underestimate Maobama sneaky snake.
He has AGENDAS that Fox News might expose.
Fox news wont allow him to post allowed questions before interviews and the other so called News media give him more face time then he needs and much, much more then some of us want.
He and the rest of his evil minion are treacherous and extremely dangerous.
Added note to Zaza:
Congratulations and good luck 2/2010 hope everything goes well, GBYA.

President Obama only grants interviews to credible and legitimate news shows- he doesn't waste time on 'shock-jock' morons. Your whole rant lacks even the rudiments of logic. He would give the exact same answers to anyone from any network. To imply that President Obama couldn't "handle" clusterfox? Even if you won't accept the fact that Obama is approximately a million times smarter on a bad day, than every one of the nit-wits with shows on fox put together, at least pull your head out of your butt long enough to accept that he is not "refusing to answer" questions asked by fox because he is afraid of them. He knows that fox is no more interested in a fair and balanced health care discussion with him, than the "tea party" participants in Washington last Saturday were.

The viewership of Fox outnumbers all the other little stations combined. It's like he's going to 5 tiny little specialty shops to peddle his wares when there is a 2 story mega mall across the street.
The reason? He's not strong enough or smart enough to be on Fox and he knows they won't suck his toes.
He's scared.

Noone can handle fox news. They are fanatical money-hungry Christians who will lie up and down to make a buck.

There is no point in appearing on Fox News, since they aren't a news network and have no journalists:

Good points, you answered you own question. He wants to deal with only those that will not oppose him.
The attitude is that we (many Americans) are I the way of how he want to do things.
He works for us, we are why he has a job, he is scared of us because we will challenge him and he won't take the risk of being exposed.
There are enough that will blindly follow him because they like what he says or how he says it but they don't pay any attention to what he does or has done or really take the time to think about the ramifications of what he proposes.

Zaza, sorry, but your question is almost laughable. Almost, seeing as it is coming from you, I'll show you the respect that I have for you.
Obama is out there trying to debunk the lies, scare tactics and propaganda that FOX news has been spewing. Why in the world would he go to them? They are trying to and successfully bringing thousands into la la land. Which questions would they ask him? "Why does he want to kill granny?" "Where was he born?" "Why does he like to kill babies?" "Why do you want us to fund the murdering of babies?"
So on and so forth. You get my gist. I think the fact that he isn't giving them any more fodder to spew is the intelligent thing for him to do. They have enough fun making it up on their own.
************
By going directly to the source would only create more problems in this case. FOX news has proven that they will do whatever it takes to get as many people on their side. Why would Obama want to help them do that? Going on FOX will only bite Obama in the end. The old adage that bad publicity is good publicity doesn't work in this instance.

Hahaha.
He always makes these "subtle" references to 'certain news networks that hate me (or whatever)' (clearly Fox that he's referring to) and then won't accept any interview request by them. Why? Because he can't face opposition, and isn't really interested in bipartisanship, despite all his claims otherwise. Lol...
edit: i'm seeing all these criticisms of Fox News. I watch ABC more than I watch Fox, but Fox has millions of viewers and reports the same sh*t that the other networks do. So why is it not "real news?" Because it's the *only* network that criticizes the president when he deserves to be criticized? If I respect Fox for anything, it's that.
