IGIA facial thermal steamer?

i recently got a igia thermal steamer from a garage sell but it didnt come with instructions does anyone know how to use it its for my wife...

    I have just one tip for your wife: Be careful with hot steam, it can break capilaries because the skin on your face is thinner than the one on the body. I ve read somewhere to not keep your face over hot steam for more than 30 secs. Wouldn't it be safer to use a bowl with good old tea infusion ? :-s
