Do you feed your child Genetically Modified/Engineered food?

Is it considered safe for a developing child?

Update:

I just read that High Fructose Corn syrup, which is bad enough, is made with Genetically Modified Corn. When fed to female rats, their little hearts enlarged to the point of exploding. Those that were bred couldn't give birth to live young. Male rats didn't develop testes.

There is conflicting evidence, and pretty much everything is genetically modified, the varities of potatoes we get now etc have all been "bred".

I personally would only feed my child the food that I grow myself and organic produce where possible however if he/she is at a friends house I am not going to be rude and tell them they cant eat a huamburger.

Everything in moderation, I live in NZ and our food is pretty good over here. except for Mcdonalds etc.

If you eat fast food or ANY of the many formulated products at the grocery store, you are likely consuming genetically modified or engineered food.

people eat more genetically modified soy beans, then they will EVER know, it is a filler, in nearly all beef, chicken and fish sold in fast foods, it is in many products we drink, like energy drinks, and is in many many microwavable dishes.

    welcome to the future
