Trying to move songs in itunes. Please help..?

As far as I am aware, the software above can only be used for jailbroken handsets...

I wanted to put all my music on my new laptop from my ipod touch..wouldnt allow me as wasn't bought from itunes.

Might be cos i had an ipod touch..i dont know?

But I may be wrong..
