What's the REAL answer for why did the chicken cross the road?

    There really is no "original" answer to this joke/riddle. It could be "to get to the other side," "cause he wanted to get hit by a car," and many other versions, some that do not have the chicken, such as "Why did the turkey cross the road? Because the chicken was on vacation." Most people will just say, "to get to the other side."
