Bad hard drive on Macintosh Powerbook 165?

I have an old Macintosh Powerbook 165. I tried to install System 7.5.3 on it but it would just kind of just freeze. I used Disk tools to check it and it couldn't find the hard drive. I think this means it is probably bad. If it is bad, does anybody know where to get a replacement?

Update:

Will a bigger capacity hard drive hurt cause the original one is like 200 megabytes

This model of mac uses an internal SCSI hard drive. It will be very difficult if not impossible to find an internal SCSI hard drive at this point. It will cost you less to purchase a used Powerbook, and you will be getting a much more powerful computer with a much larger hard drive, and more powerful processor. This machine was discontinued by Apple almost 15 years ago, it will be very difficult to service or replace parts on it at this point, it will also be cost prohibitive based on the performance of the machine.

I usually get mine from a local recycling center.

You can order them new from http://www.newegg.com/ or any other hardware retailer.

Should be a standard 2.5" ATA hard drive. (Not SATA)

EDIT: I can't remember off the top of my head what the maximum supported size is on those, but to be quite honest, the drive is going to cost the same as a replacement PowerBook. I get entire pallets of them for $200.
