I can only hope so. As the song goes:

"They will know we are Christians by our love"

Matthew 22:36"Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" 37Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'[a] 38This is the first and greatest commandment. 39And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'[b] 40All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."

(please don't point out that most Christians fail in this fact, I am well aware an embarrassed by this, western Christianity is mostly a joke, but I hope the Bibles truth sinks in eventually to Christians).

"Since it was a matter of religion, the vanquished were of course all put to the sword".

General historical quote from the Crusades.

When an arrest is based merely on ones religious principles, no evidence is necessary and you are in very deep trouble. Be very careful how you proceed or you may find yourself getting burned at the stake.

Very funny and thought provoking. I don't think everyone read the second half of your question. I certainly hope there would be evidence of my beliefs as a Christian.

I'm making your question into a little framed reminder for my desk. All people who claim to be christian should ask themselves this every day.

I guess it depends on the witnesses they call. If they call people from Yahoo! Answers, then probably not. I believe that they could find people from my daily life. Of course, I could always confess. I have a lot of practice with my Lord.

Who would arrest someone for being a Christian?

I'm waiting for the RC thought police to arrest me for being an atheist/free thinker.

I would be a Christian no matter what. But in some cultures they would hurt you, kill, death, slave,or even cook you.But in others you have freedom of religion like U.S.A

No. Christian are righteous people. There is nothing evil or bad in them. They are free people. If you are not one by now, then you are in hot soup.
