What are the steps. Starting with the home page.
It is Yahoo. My daughter changed my home page to make it hers somehow, and was able to retrieve her emails.
She has a Ymail account, just like I do. It can't be that complicated. She just did something on my home page.

Number of free email providers allow to add third party mail box as linked one
For example GMAIL
Login to your gmail account
Settings
Accounts and Import
Get your mail from other accounts in Gmail using POP3
