Help! How do I get rid of Total Security & Antivirus Pro 2010?
I have Malware anti-malware, Super Anti Spyware & Avast AV programs. I had just started my pc and with IE went to only one site, (www.modmyi.com). Avast popped up a random win32......infected file warning. The pc slowed to a hault and I had to restart. Upon restart my AV programs were not on or responding and Total Security pop ups took over. I followed a post to restart and immediately go to task manager and disable the "some random number.exe" which did let avast bring up a pop up to warning to shut down and do a pre boot scan that found 4 items. Upon restart AV programs disabled again. I can access the net, get into task manager but after downloading ie. Spy doctor I can't get the software to start just like all my other AV programs. I have tried renaming malware to iexplore.exe to desktop but still nothing. I deleted some dddesot & .dll files, wncsvc32 files in windows & it's .exe in task manager. How can I get an AV program to run to remove this Total Security & Antivirus Pro 2010?
