Has my dog sprained his leg or is it something more serious...the result!?
Just back from vet + she thinks it is indeed a sprain! So it's anti inflammatories and stricked rest for a week. Then back for a checkup. I sure hope this does the trick and it doesn't turn out to be one of those nasty conditions associated with the breed. A BIG THANKS to those of you who took time to give advise and not just patronize.

Good news! But make sure you do keep her rested and off that leg - the anti-inflamms. will make her feel better, but may also encourage her to use the leg more than she should. It's almost better she does feel the leg a bit really. Fingers crossed for a full recovery.
