Which is a better alternative for removing upper lip hair?

Which alternative is better id you wanna prevent from having dark and thicker hair growing back? Should i wax or thread? Which of the following will help me not have darker hair growing back? And what are the methods for threading and waxing? Thanks for your help, very much appreciated!!!

    Try threading; it doesn't leave the red bumpy texture like waxing does (unless you've got really fair skin, I guess). Practitioners use a pure, thin, twisted cotton thread which is rolled over untidy hairlines, moustaches and so on, plucking the hair at the follicle level. Unlike tweezing where a single hair is pulled out each time, threading can remove an entire row of hair, resulting in a straighter line. Unfortunately, it can mean ingrown hairs just like waxing / shaving or any other hair-removal method. If skin irritation occurs, you'll have to find another alternative! No hair-removal can get rid of hair permanently, not even lasers or electrolysis unfortunately! PS. threading looks really good and lasts for ages because my friend always used to have it done and she had really dark hair too :)
