who should i start for week 3 fantasy football. Eli Manning or Kurt Warner?
Kurt Warner had a GREAT game last week but so did Eli. This week Kurt is playing Indy and they have an better defense than Tampa Bay which is who Eli is playing. I would go with Eli but Kurt has so many threats in his recieving corp. I am open to suggestions. Thanks

don't get caught up too much in Eli. They have TB next week, and TB can't stop anyone. I think this will be the week for jacobs and Bradshaw to let loose. I expect an efficient game from Eli, but not big fantasy points.
The ARZ/IND game is likely to be a barn burner - Kurt will throw 15-20 more times than Eli will this week. You have to go with Warner.

I have both those QB's on my team, and I am going with Eli. TB has been horrible against the pass this year. Some stats/blurbs from another site:
Kurt Warner, Cardinals vs IND – The Colts haven’t given up a touchdown to a quarterback yet this season and are only allowing around 150 yards per game through the air. If you have another option this week, you might consider it.
Eli Manning, Giants @ TB – With his two new best friends (Steve Smith and Mario Manningham), Eli may finally put up the numbers you would expect from someone in the Manning family. The Buccaneers have been pretty bad against the pass this year and this is a great play for Eli Manning owners.

Don't trade either your depth is extremely valuable. But for this week I'll choose Eli. Eli showed what he could do against an inexperienced secondary in Dallas. Not saying TB defense is bad but Mario Manningham will have another big game. Furthermore The NY giant offense will be on the field the whole game. Time of Possesion is the main key in Fantasy football, not RB's
Source(s): I'm a Dolfan and saw MNF. It was the running game that gave Indy a problem. I don't see hightower or anyone else giving indy the problem Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams gave Indy. Colts will destroy the Cards' don't pick Warner I'm warning. - ?Lv 61 decade ago
Eli seems to really be clicking with his young WRs while the Giants running game is struggling I would start Eli over Kurt. GL

tampa usually plays at a higher level of defense maybe it was a two game slump, i have the IND D and they only had one interception last week against the dolphins, and that was the last play of the game, so they dont do much defensively, warner is the safe bet, like you said youself many threats

did you watch the monday night game? indy d looked terrible start warner hes has too many weapons for indy to cover although if you start manning you shouldnt do too bad

Manning warner is looking shaky this year i say trade warner for a huge rb,Many people will throw away everything for a big name.
