    1) The official answer to that is Frankie Randall, BUT he actually lost his 12th pro fight to Miguel Ruiz, a few years (not days or months) later that loss was turned into a win by the Culiacan boxing commision.

    2) Pernell Whitaker, everyone who saw that fight knows Whitaker was robbed

    3) Hector Camacho SR.

    4) Antonio Tarver

    5) Pernell Whitaker

EDIT: yes you are absolutely correct, i misread it i thought it said who was the first to knock out RJJ, the first fighter to KNOCK DOWN Roy Jones was Lou Del Valle back in 1998 i believe.

    1. A man named Miguel Ruiz was the 1st person to give Chavez a loss but it was later chanced by the commission to a KO win. Frankie "The Doctor" Randall is the 1st fighter to officially beat Chavez.

    2. Meldrick Taylor

    3. Hector "Macho" Camacho

    4. Antonio Tarver

    5. Pernell Whitaker
