Where in Winnipeg can I buy food grade cocoa butter?

I need to make white chocolate marshmallow rolled fondant for a client. I found a good recipe on Martha Stewart but I don't know where in Winnipeg I can buy food grade cocoa butter. I need this to make the cake in two weeks.

    Try the Bulk Barn, I have bought it here in Toronto for use when dipping chocolates and when I make my spiced german cookie at Xmas. Also with the high Ukrainian population there, some of the European delis sell a coconut fat in blocks it works to, I did a Wilton Cake Decorating course years ago, and we use it as we had a Polish deli that sold it, it is made in Germany, and is very easy to work with also.

    i wonder what a cake or cookies made with cocoa butter would be like. you certainly can fry an egg in it. if the oil starts to smoke, the temp is too high.
