An average hamburger with ketchup and mustard or a beef hotdog with the same toppings. Which is healthier.?

An average hamburger with ketchup and mustard or a beef hotdog (hebrew national or nathans for example) with the same toppings. Which is healthier. I don't want any neither answers or replacement options. I'm just wonder which is the healthier of the two.

Update:

People obviously do not read anymore. I said the hotdog is BEEF not PORK.

Jesus none of these people know what they are talking about. Some how ground up cow flesh isn't as gross to ground up pig flesh...

The average fat percentage on ground beef is 80/20 lean to fat. That is also about the same for a hotdog. The difference between the two is that a hotdog is usually a fairly smaller portion of food than a hamburger, so the healthier option would obviously be the hotdog.

the hot dog with pure beef, it's less food. Plus if it's really beef, and a good grade of it, it should be less fatty than a typical hamburger.

If someone would tell me what mustard & ketchup are, then I'll be glad to answer your question!

I guess one of them is the American version of tomato sauce...

    P.S. Hotdogs are disgusting!!!
