I work in a clothing store, a customer went to the restroom with a merchandise, our Loss Prevention guy called on the radio for me to go to the restroom to tell the customer that she cannot bring a merchandise inside the restroom. I knocked on the restroom door and said that she cannot take any merchandise inside. The customer answered: "I heard you. I am busy!" I answered: "It should be a no-brainer not to bring a merchandise inside the restroom"

The customer then said that I just insulted her and that she wants to talk to a manager so I will be fired.

What do you think? Will I get fired for saying what I said?

I already know how to manicure/pedicure, been practicing it with myself, with family and with friends for a long time. But do I have to be certified in order to work as a Nail Technician?

I found out that my live-in boyfriend cheated on me while I was overseas. He said he was bored and just flirting online and that "nothing happen" between them. I found explicit pictures that he and the girl were exchanging. To make the story short, he apologized, I have forgiven him and we moved on. Now, 5 months later, he found out that I gave my phone number to a guy that was hitting on me. I admit that it was stupid of me to give my phone number but I have no intention of answering or meeting up with this other guy. My boyfriend was so furious and said that I screwed up and we cannot be together anymore. I do not have to explain myself to him because my conscience is clean and that my only mistake was giving out my phone number. Now, he wants me out of the house and here I am, will be leaving under the bridge very soon. What would you do if you were me?

My live-in boyfriend brings perfume and hairspray to work. Do you know anybody who does the same and what is the reason behind the extra vanity at work?

I found some "evidence" that he was doing it but he kept denying and lying about it. I think he's looking something online while I'm not around and do it. What can you say about this situation? Should I be concerned?

I just found out that my live-in boyfriend is not really divorced but only separated. I know he lied about some other things, and now I don't feel good about myself being duped.

I booked a trip but decided to go to another agent since it was much cheaper than the first one. I requested a refund from the first travel agent but she said I had to send her a check or money order for service charge so she can do the refund. It's been a year and I have not received any refund. Is it legal for any company to charge you a "service fee" if you want your money back?

It happened about 2 months ago and I am still angry about what he did.
