how to get dickies pants to be unstiff and kinda distressed looking?

i have 6 pairs of dickies and 4 of them look distressed and worn out a little more than the others.. so how can i make the other 2 pair look looser and more fitting instead of looking wierd on me

    wash them a bunch of times.

    actual, they do have Dickies at Wal-Mart, I even have 2 pairs, in spite of the undeniable fact that it relies upon on what city you're in. they're in the juniors area - they don't lead them to smaller than that.
