I ache, should i train.......................?
Hello folks,just a quick question.Ive recently purchased the Perfect Push up system.It has a traing programme with it,and on day two you take time out.Back to it on day three.My question is im hurting a little, shud i train whilst i ache and is there anything i can do to relieve it maybe.Quick answers as the days are short and loads to do,but want to get my training in.all the best Jon

look mate there are 2 options
1 :you could continue training and take some panadol and risk an internal injury could be minor - serious so it's a risk
2: lay back and rest the aching bit and not risk a injury like above.

No, it means your body is still recovering and building muscle fibers. Just wait another day.
