Move to the city temporarily, join the bank, get to a management position, them implement working from home using internet and telepresence technologies (which will be more available by then). Keep working hard till you're in a position to run the bank - and get worldwide publicity for being the first truly global banking chief as you work online from home in your small town.

If you are really into banking that much you have obviously read The Creature From Jekyll Island by G.Edward Griffin.Therefor by becoming president of a state bank you will be able to create fiat money out of thin air. You will have more money than you can spend, you will be able to live were ever you want. All this at the expense of the american people. Why are you asking this question?
