That's a tough age group since your dealing with pre-k to 5th grade. They might all enjoy any of the Star Wars movies. Pixar films are a good bet, I love, Monsters, Inc.

I took my boys ages 8 & 9 to see Star Trek, a few months back and they loved it.

Monsters, Inc.

I loved "A Little Princess" and I watched it with my neice (I cried at the end - she didn't!) and I loved "The Secret Garden," too, but kids may enjoy those with an adult. I don't know how much they'd enjoy them on their own. "Monsters, Inc." "Toy Story" and "Finding Nemo" will thrill and delight all of the family as far as I'm concerned. So will "The Lion King," "The Little Mermaid," "Pocahontas," "Mulan," and many more Disney/PIXAR movies.

My 6 year old likes Cheaper by the Dozen, The Game Plan, School of Rock, Enchanted, Kung Fu Panda... They are movies that I have seen several times with my child.

Any Pixar movie is a good choice, but Finding Nemo is the best, in my opinion. It is a great movie for children of all ages.
