Do not mix bleach with anything but water. I would use 1 cup of bleach to 1 gallon of warm water, open the windows and start washing the walls, tub, ect wash it from top to bottom.

I can't compete with this "Best Answer" given to a similar question 2 years ago by "Maurice Manhattan" The only thing I would add is I think you'll have better success with an approved mold killing agent than with using just bleach.

"First be sure to fix the source of the problem, once you do that you now need to get down and dirty...

1.) Replace any water damage building materials (Remove 5 feet from last visible trace of water stain or mold)

2.) To get mold off wood, use natural mold cleaning product that is EPA approved to break up the mold. Safe Shield and Molderizer is nice...http://www.propertyperfections.net/houehold-cleani...

3.) First Spray the wood with natural cleaning solution to break apart the spores, then use sander or wire brush to remove the surface mold. Spray again the cleaner (Safe Shield) to clean and protect a barrier to prevent future growth.

4.) Use Air Filter or Heppa Filter to blow spores around and collect them in the Shower area.

    5.) Review and inspect....
