how is it possible that i can wake up refreshed when i wake several times during the night?
the problem is if i sleep around 9-10pm i will wake up around 1 or 2 be alert for some time and go back to sleep then it repeats for around 4-5 the same thing lastly when i am meant to wake up at 5.45/6 i can not
i do have stress because of exams that i am doing in a couple of months but i have been like this since i came back from my holiday to india and i did not have this problem there

Go to a health food store or other place that sells herbal teas and get some Valerian tea and drink it before bed -- that helps you relax and sleep well.
