After 12 years of fighting the UK Child Support Agency I've made a complaint against them and am seeking damages of £10,000 plus.
I'm beginning to think I'm finally winning but would like to hear from anyone who has succeeded in a CSA complaint. How far up the complaint ladder did you have to go before getting success?
I tried my MP several years ago. I didn't find out until recently they had miss-informed him in their response. That's one of the issues in my current complaint. They certainly sat up and took notice however.
This time I have a lawyer assisting. Altogether on getting my Freedom of Information Act info I found 24 items, each worthy of a complaint.

Hi, ive had loads of problems with csa, i had to involve my local MP who made a complaint, by law they have a certain time to answer (sorry cant remember exactly how long), I not only had my problem resolved but they also gave me a compensation payment because they admitted part was their fault....(since the complaint until i received the answer i wanted took between 2 - 4 weeks)
i would suggest you to involve your local MP, as i do not believe that a complaint made by YOU will go anywhere but all the luck in the world.
