I just traded Darren McFadden for Donovan McNabb. Good move?
This is a good deal, right? McNabb is certainly worth more than McFadden even while hurt.
Oh, I guess you should know that it didnt hurt me any by seeing that my RBs were:
Maurice Jones-Drew
Steven Jackson
Thomas Jones
Kevin Smith
Darren McFadden
Cadillac Williams
Knowshon Moreno
and my QBs were:
Matt Cassell
Matt Hasselbeck
Jason Campbell
I did the right thing, right?

Seems like a nice trade to me. Wow, with all those guys, do you have any wide receivers or kickers or defense?

The trade is questionable, at least at this point in time. While I completely get your strategy in going for McNabb while he is injured, there are two huge variables surrounding Donovan right now. First, there really is no clear time line for when McNabb will be ready to play against. Second, we haven't seen just how much the Eagles will utilize Vick. With Kevin Kolb alone under center, it seemed clear that Philadelphia would try to get McNabb back as fast as possible. But if Vick shows that he can be deadly no matter where he lines up on the field, the Eagles may by inclined to rest McNabb until he is as close to 100% as possible. Even then, we don't know how Vick will affect Donovan's productivity.
In addition, while you are very, very deep at running back, you are not overly talented in the position. What I mean is you don't have a single back talented enough to negate any matchup issues that may arise from week-to-week. You probably are deep enough at running back to get you through the season, but I still hate to see any healthy, productive fantasy player be traded away for one sidelined by injury and question marks.
