Will illegal immigrants be jailed if they fail to buy health insurance & fail to pay a fine like US taxpayers?

They will get a free pass unlike us tax paying citizens. They'll get their free health care no matter what. You on the other hand get go to jail.

The companion (amnesty) Senate Bill makes anyone who breaks into the US before December 2010 legal. Thus, there will be no illegal immigrants in the US. Likewise, no funds will be going to illegals - there will not be any. Likewise, the Costs of the bill are deemed accurate at time of drafting, even though they omitted 12 million illegals, because the legalization of all illegals, even those that break into the US in the future year or so, has not happened yet. They think the American People are as stupid as extreme Libs.

If that becomes law there will be no illegal aliens here. They will all go back to Mexico (or wherever) where they have insurance for a reasonable cost for everyone.

But if Illegals use health care and don't pay for it then yes, they will be fined.

Hell no...illegals aren't supposed to be included. We know they aren't...but come 2010 in May they are going to legalize them. ISN"T THAT NICE? THEY are also going to give them retro benefits and social security...so they will be able to afford it. When the American's who are here will go to jail.
