what sign is my child?

my daughter was born just before 7am on the 19th feb 07. i have looked at the star signs and she is sometimes in aquarius and sometimes in pisces (spelling??). you know what i mean.  so which is she whick one is right and why does her birth date sometimes go in one or the other??

edit: I read that wrong, sorry. Thought you said 7th of febuary. not 19th of feb.

She's an Aquarius. Pisces usually begins on the 20th of February.

I looked at her chart she is a pisces though if you look at the dates pisces starts at 20 February,so I say she is born on a cusp which means that she has a little of both signs.
