Hi, I am trying to help my 7 yo grandson on Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story on DS?
We can not find out if Bowser can pick up or push items. Can he? If he can what are the controls to pick up? What are the controls to push? We have read both Gamefaqs on this game and could find nothing about Bowser being able to pick up or push. Maybe he can't, but it seems that there are places where he could. THANK YOU for answers...

Throughout the game, he will gain new abilities (slide & punch, jump and squash, roll around, etc). I am almost finished and he isn't able to pick up or push anything. Well, except for a few times when Mario and Luigi have to help him. But it's not a normal move for Bowser. Good luck, it's a great game!

The only times that I can remember being able to Lift something up was when you have to like make a Bridge with the Wiggler Rocks. It just appears sometimes for something like that, but its not a real move you can keep using.
