Umm, first answer, I don't think she's talking about just little kids when she said "child", she just means off spring in general, you don't have to throw the puberty thing in there, just answer the question.

Anyhow, I would love them either way. I have a few gay friends and I think they're relationships are actually very sweet. I would never have a problem with that and I would support him/her. It's in they're mind, they can't change. Just like you can't make a straight become gay. If I did anything against it I would just make them hate themselves and they would never feel like good people, when they really are. That won't solve anything.

every on has there own demons. be it drugs, alachol, violence, or a sexual perversion like pedophilia, bestiality, homosexuality, or just an overwhelming desire to cheat on you spouse.

what makes us human is the ability to use our minds to rise above our impulses and do what we know is right, not just what feels good at the moment.

People make the excuse for homosexuality that it only involves willing participants. But the same can be said for addiction, and we don't excuse that. How about domestic violence, and adultery? If the victim chooses to stay they are also a willing participant, but does that excuse the perpetrators behavior?

Members of my family are gay, and I have no problem with it. I don't judge by lifestyle/looks/money/ I judge by actions.

I am utilitarian, which means I agree with what is best for the overall good of community/nation/country. Unfortunately, there is little dialogue concerning these issues, and people judge without any knowledge, which creates intolerance.

I'm only 13 but if I had a child and if she/he were lesbian/gay I would accept them and still love them!

At least I wouldn't have to worry about being a grandpa anytime soon....

Oh, and sexuality doesn't develop at puberty, at least not for me, I got a hard on from boobs since I was in Kindergarten at LEAST. When I was just two me and the family went to Hooters for some b-day party, I felt a waitress' butt...only time I got away with it to.

I'd give them a ******* highfive and say way to go.

I really don't care if my kid turns out gay, bi or lesbian.

    Or wants to go drag.

    Their choice.

They'd be my flesh and blood

and I'd love them no matter their sexuality.

There is no way I would treat my kid like I was treated about such things by my parents. I would raise them to trust God and to never mind all the politics. I'm Bi anyway. So what my parents ended up doing, although inadvertently, was to teach me to hate myself. I would never want to do that to any kid.

You have to accept them no matter what, that's a decision you make when you decide to have children.

People who are gay can't help it, it's not something they choose and it's not something anyone can change.

    accept them.

Yes, I would teach them what God wants of us. Just like if my child committed murder. I would tell them how wrong it is what they have done.
