Since you "played the race card," I will have to say racists will be upset with the president no matter what he does, but he isn't changing our entire structure. He is only making it more fair for the majority, who have been unfairly burdened by the disparities forced upon them by the last administration. Affordable health care and regulating corporations will greatly benefit tax payers and the country. Deregulation caused the meltdown of the economy. Regulations were put in place in the 1930s after the stock market crash and their removal has allowed corporations to do as they please without regard to what effect their actions will have on the country.

Funding for abortions is not included in the health care bill, although it has been legal for women to control their own bodies for some time now. Are you aware that birth control was illegal not so long ago and countless women died in childbirth, because they had children every two years until they died. Brave women fought for our rights, and uninformed women want to give them up.

By overseas, do you mean overseas abortions, which is what wealthy people were always able to get. If you mean diplomacy instead of attacking whoever disagrees with you, that is a good thing.

Acorn has not done anything wrong. A smear campaign has been launched against an organization which has done only good for many years. They hired workers to help people register to vote, regardless of their political affiliation. When they discovered that a few workers had filled out false forms, Acorn reported them, which is just what they were supposed to do. They also fired the workers. No voter fraud ever occurred because of Acorn. President Obama has no more in common with Acorn than John McCain, who also supported them, before he was against them. The campain against Acorn was launched by right wingers for two reasons. The more people who vote in an election, the more likely it is that Democrats will win. Acorn helps more people register, whether they are Democrats or Republicans. Right wingers also hope to somehow tie the president to Acorn, when no such tie exists, and then discredit Acorn. Traditionally Republicans have been against Acorn because they fought for a living wage, and Republicans look out for business, not workers.

I don't know who you mean when you make vague accusations that someone has an unAmerican ideology. That sounds like a witch hunt. What has America "always been?" It has always been a diverse country and quite different at different times and in different places. I hope that progressives will be allowed to continue to improve our country and move it toward a more perfect union, because perfect it has never been. The best in the world it has often been, but it was once a country which allowed literal witch hunts and slavery and attempted to exterminate Native Americans. Good people had to fight the wealthy slave owners, now we are struggling to break the grip that wealthy corporations have on our lives. Things cannot stagnate and remain the same, they need to be improved for all the people, not just the "corporations."

Obama has performed some thing that's tough for a few folks to do. It was once some thing Sidny Poitier might do. That is stand earlier than white folks as a person and no longer only a black guys. When we as folks will also be in combination as folks and no longer simply black folks and white folks then who's in a televsion business would possibly not topic considering the fact that a few folks with darkish epidermis will possess the TV station and a few folks with darkish epidermis will likely be responsible of manufacturing the economic. What I am looking to say is we have to begin watching at folks as folks.

In my experience, absolutely. Speaking for myself, I had problems way before Bush was even president. For me, this is not about being republican or democrat; white or black. It's about doing what is right for our country and remembering why this country was created in the first place. We have a constitution and Bill of Rights that guides us. If people don't like what the constitution or the Bill says, then they should find another country (European countries comes to mind) or change the constitution we have - and I don't think the majority of americans would go for something like that.

Well Bush certainly changed some things here in the USA starting with the Not So Patriot Act and Homeland security . Which trashed the Constitution and Bill of rights .

So I would say that if Obama were 100% white and a Republican it would just be Fine with Con's .

I do believe that the people would still be enraged. We are seeing some serious changes quickly and they are relying on race being thrown into the left-right paradigm to push their agenda as in all actuality, liberals are just now paying attention to politics since TMZ reports on all of the "race baiting" in the political world.

Principals & Values are the issue. I expect our president no matter what their Political Affiliation is or their Race, Sex to uphold and follow the Oath of Office they took. If they don't they should be removed, impeached.

Well not everyone focuses on any possible way to criticize Obama because not everyone watches FOX and Rush Limbaugh. Believe it or not, it's easy to make anyone look bad if you focus only on negatives. Most people don't do that...you'd have to be blind to not see the positives.

Presidents are tools honey. The work mostly for corporations like oil companies. Get it. Its funny how you are coming across as a teabagging racist tryin to be coy.

People ARE upset. But people are afraid to speak out cause someone is always pointing thier finger like a Salem witch burning and saying "Racist!" Its like something you can't shake after that. People don't want the problems. We have lost our freedom of speach

That's a big pile of fail, that is.

No attack on traditional America or American values is under way except for the one being launched by gun-toting right-wing extremists calling for secession.
