I need a Title to a movie i saw when i was a child PLZ help?

the movie starts out with a family with two kids... there both boys. one of them is in a wheel chair and just wants to fit in with everyone else. although his mother tries to let him play baseball and sports his wheel chair gets in the way. finally his father and him go into a box car rally. he starts winning and finally is something that he is good at. he gets disqualified because he uses a hand brake but after a protest officials reinstated him and he won the championship. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME NAME THIS MOVIE!!
