Had the same thing going and the girl liked me more then my friend. It never worked out my friend set me up and I set him up. But, we are still friends "Bros before hoes eh?" lol

this is a trouble making situation, if you really like her then you will want whats best for her and if she likes your friend then maybe you should focus on setting them up and making them both happy, this one girl I liked ended up dating my younger bro and instead of resist I helped her out because he was closer to her age and he's a pretty decent dude so yeah just try to help your friend out
