i had sex yesterday one time he came inside me while ovulating today i spotted why?

    It is quite common to spot in the middle of your cycle, it could be form the sex too. Best of luck!

    It could have been ovulation spotting it perhaps your cervix was irritated from the sex you had. O spotting is pretty common, though not everyone has it. It is said to mean you've had a good egg.

    sometimes you spot when the fetus inplants also soo you could be pregnant
