Do you believe "Blacks" populate the jails due to discrimination or that they do more crime?

On a lighter note (bad pun alert) when someone rips off people for millions or even billions it is usually a white guy.

It depends on what state. In some states they are a minority of a prison population and in others the majority. More than Whites, Blacks have lesser competent legal counsel and are generally railroaded through the system. Example is a prosecutor who cannot convict a Black is described as a legal failure more so than if he/she cannot convict Whites. As for committing more crimes and discrimination, well my example is that their are more White hookers and call girls than Black ones, however more Black ones will be arrested as street prostitutes and not call girls.

It's true they do more crime. I don't honestly believe it's because of the color of their skin but the way society has as some, people say "put them in a box" Most people grow up to the expectations that other people have of them. Power of suggestion. Over the years our country has changed and over time I believe this will change to, but when kids are taught to believe things like, "whitie is out to get you." and "screw the man", that sort of thing being said over and over tends to lead to a mental change however small, it does change the way a person will grow up and respond to other people and authority.

I think it's a bit of both. There is discrimination and a lot of black people live up to the stereotype

You can watch the video and truly form some opinions on behavior, it had very primal tendencies to it.
