I efiled my taxes a week ago. I just received an unexpected 1098t for a dependent. I wasn't expecting this to come for this year because the education assistance money won't be here until next week. And the student started 2 weeks ago. So I thought this would be for next years taxes. What do I do?

I efiled through tax act but, I accidentally put the wrong amount for what I received from last years return ($12 less than the actual amount). Is there a way to fix it online before the irs processes it next week?

I'm a reservist switching to AD via 18x. I want to brush up on some basic knowledge/skills that have fallen on the wayside from being a part timer. What are some good study guides? I know the Army study guide is good place to start. Are there any others?

I joined the Army Reserves because I thought I could get my foot in the door do I could go Active duty. The reserves were my only choice because of a mistake I made in the national guard when I was 17 which apparently carries a lifetime punishment with no chance to make it right. I am at a hard place right now. My life is in shambles. I am an army reservist. I am in a newly formed transport unit. I hate being a reswrvist. I hate being a POG. I feel so fake. I only joined the reserves because AD wouldn't take prior service. They only gave me one job option. My unit is a 45 minute drive. I can't afford to drive there every monrh. I have no job and not one place even considers hiring me. The only AD position requires me to get lasik which is unaffordable to me. I have trywd volunteering for deployment but, they have plenty of drivers so no dice on that. I feel that me doing a job u hate for 8 years is not worth it. Also juat in case my line scores are average at 118, so im not dumb.

I've been out of work for over a year. I've applied to every job I'm qualified for within a 50+ mile radius. Not one callback. My employmwnt record in't real big, and the jobs I had were crap. One laid me off for summer and they said I quit when I tried to reapply. The other radically changed my hours. Both were through temp agencies. I don't want to go to a community college to waste 2 years of time and money I don't have. I couldn't afford college if I wanted to go. The military won't take me without me getting my eyes fixed. I know somebody (my dirt-bag mom) who is a Crystal Meth addict. She is fat, has dry sinuses, bad breath, and hair that falls out like crazy. She chews on ice and has bad teeth. And she is mildly Anemic. My theory is this; Her meth addiction cause her anemia and her short temper. The short temper causes her hair to fall out. The anemia causes her lack of iron. Her lack of Iron is makes her chew on the ice cubes to get the nutrients that she doesn't get from not eating while doped up. The cubes cause her teeth to be terrible and her need to go to the bathroom goes up constantly because she goes through 40lbs of ice a day. The sound of someone going through 40lbs of ice a day drives me insane. So what do you think?

I'm an Army Reservist trying to switch to Active Duty. The only option I have requires me to have 20/20 correctable. I need to get corrective surgery but, right now I'm financialy screwed. I know most insurance companies won't cover it. Does anyone know a way to finance or an insurance company that does?
