How do I pay for PRK surgery?

I'm an Army Reservist trying to switch to Active Duty. The only option I have requires me to have 20/20 correctable. I need to get corrective surgery but, right now I'm financialy screwed. I know most insurance companies won't cover it. Does anyone know a way to finance or an insurance company that does?

    Pretty well all the laser clinics offer a payment plan through a finance company.
