Need help with an anonymous police tip?

I am trying to avoid being in the records. I don't trust just saying I want to be anon. So could someone do me a solid and report this major drug addict/dealer. The guy drives drunk/high with children in his vehicle. The name is David Markell, in keokuk Iowa. The polie number is 319-524-3131, I would be grateful. I want to do it myself but, don't want all of the trounle.

I am disgruntled because of this prick selling drugs to my kid and then stealing from my house. But, I want to protect my kid as well. All of SE Iowa is 319 even your map says it. I want to break his nose but, that for some reason is frowned upon.

    In all fairness to us "answer" folks, how do we know you are not disgruntled wih him for some reason and this isn't retaliation?

    In fact, I don't see that city matching up with that area code.

    EDIT:

    You should have put those details (selling to your kid and it being your house) And if those are true statements(Not trying to be cold...I just don't have all the facts) then I would think you would definitely WANT to go through the trouble. If not for your house and being violated, but the part where he is selling to your kid. Do you have solid proof to substantiate that? Don't take my words as cold and harsh. I just need to know. And I don't know about Iowa, but where I am from, even if the person is in my home, only if I am in grave immediate danger could I punch his nose. THAT is the law too my friend. Too true...

    EDIT#2 didn't say it wasn't there...just said I didn't see it. Don't mind saying I am wrong.

    Iowa only has 5 area codes; 712 (Des Moines-Sioux City); 515 (Des Moines); 649 (Northern Iowa); 319(Cedar Rapids, Southern Iowa) and 563(Mt. Vernon-Davenport)

    So those who say Keokuk is not in 319 they are wrong. Keokuk is in the 319 area code. It is the southern most city in Iowa before getting into Missouri.

    As far as reporting this guy, you can report anonymous and not be on the records.
