I have Andre Johnson, Marques Colston, and Jericho Cotchery as possible WRs. They go up vs. Nnamdi Asomugah, Darelle Revis and Jabari Greer, respectively, some of the very best CBs in the NFL
I play 2 WRs and a FLEX, do I start all of them and hope for the best or do I play 2 and put a RB at the FLEX? And if I go with only 2, which 2?
my RBs are Thomas Jones, Julius Jones, Buckhalter, and Chester Taylor

i usually start my studs no matter who they are against, especially WRs because their QBs always look for them

Start Andre-Cotchery and T Jones .My reasoning Andre will have help to take pressure of him.Cotchery will do better against Saints Def than colston againts Jets Def and T Jones will run over weak saints rushing Def.Good Luck
