Blood tests and excercise?
I have to get regular blood tests and I am wondering if it is advisable to exercises on the days I have to get them.
My main fitness activities would be walking, gym and swimming. I'd probably only do the walking or swimming as my arm sometimes gets sore after the test and I probably wouldn't be able to use most of the machines I use
These are the proper blood tests you get at a pathology place
they usually end up taking about 3 or 4 vials - depending on the tests they need to do.
I've always thought it was nothing on the day but I'm trying to get back into excercise now.
Usually the only special things I have to do is not take my meds that morning as one of the tests checks my levels of that medication and fast

If you have not been given any specific instructions it's probably ok, but you should ring and ask to be on the safe side. A relative of mine has regular blood tests and carries on as usual - exercise etc. It depends on what the test is.
Certain behaviors may affect some test results, such as recent or excessive exercise, not taking in enough fluids (dehydration), excessive eating, or recent sexual activity. You may be asked to refrain from some of these activities for certain tests.
It should be noted that many tests require no special preparation. But for those that do, be certain to adhere to the instructions provided. If you are ever unclear about the instructions, be sure to ask the person ordering the test for clarification. If you are not given any instructions, you should ask if there are any special instructions needed to prepare for the test.

Check with the pathologist when you go next time - I know when you donate blood they tell you to keep it easy for the rest of the day. I would assume low intenstiy walking and light swimming would be alright though if they are only taking 1-2 vials.
