Are silk shirts the result of silk worms?
I dont expect the worms to make the shirt, but the silk they make, is that what is used to make silk shirts?

yes, because silk is made from the cocoons from silk worms which means as a result anything made of silk is from silk worms.

it is actually secreted from a silk gland inside them from which they spin a cocoon...and later they are boiled and the worm dies and they take the cocoon and make silk...it's called sericulture..
