Is Itaim Bibi in Sao Paulo a good neighborhood?

in that area no, lots of shopping's, its where alot of "rich" people live, high prices and its where they have most american company's ... its also the place with the worst traffic. that river you see running thru the area is the sewer system, look how it bubbles =0) i lived and walked all over that area for 2 1/2 years (most of the time at midnight) and never had a problem, then again ive been all around that city even the places the cops don't go and never had problems. size doesn't matter its more of how you carry yourself, muggers know who's a victim
