ATT 2 wire gateway broken can I use other brands?

att dsl phone lined in - bay area California - some states don't use this 2 wire gateway - model 2701HG-B - what gateway brands can I use other then 2 wire

    Yes you can use other brand DSL modems, but why purchase one when AT&T will most likely provide you with a replacement for free. Call them, explain the problem and if they give you any trouble threaten to cancel your account if they will not provide a replacement for free.
