Elements for 1 is forward stroking (both ways)

    3 jump

    either salchow or toe loop

Upright spin at least 4 revs

    and a simple step sequence.

The free will be a programme consiting of mainly the things done in passport,or similar to this. (for my elements i'm doing toe loop so am putting salchow into the free programme).

    Level 2 field moves are

    Backwards outside edges

    Backwards inside edges

    Forward crossrolls

    Backwards crossrolls

Outside 3 turns in figure of 8

inside 3 turns step to forwards in figure of 8 (with change of edge between each one)

and a step pattern of inside mohawk crossover, step forward in a serpentine pattern.

    Hope yhis helps.

Well the person above me put them already, but if you want to see any other levels/dance etc. they have them all here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Ice_Skating_...

And I would have thought it was quite obvious that those are the ones you mean, you said NISA rather than skate uk... O_o

    Anyone hope this helps :)
