accepting help from cousin. Should I or not.?
A cousin has kindly offered to help me find a car, or look at one if I find one myself. In one way I'm really pleased as it's a side of the family I'm not in touch with much so to will be nice to be in contact. However there is one minor snag. I've budgeted enough to buy a car that's about 4 years old, and this is fine on my wage but he is really struggling at the moment. I feel a bit stuck, If i refuse his offer he may feel let down, if i accept we could both feel embarrassed about me spending a lot (not a lot for a car but it probably would be in his eyes).
Any suggestion on how to handle this. I don't mind treating him to a meal or something as a thank you, Just don't want it to become an embarrasing situation for both/either of us.
3 AnswersFamily1 decade agoWhy bother asking then give a thumbs down?
Why do so many people ask an opinion but only want a one sided answer. If someones already decided what they want the answer to be then why ask?
eg Should I run away? then give you a thumbs down if you say no.
3 AnswersYahoo Answers1 decade agoWhats the daftest reason you have heard for someone having a baby.?
Have heard people wanting to carry on the family name then having a girl.
One person who wanted an hier to the family stables (who turned out to be allergic to horses).

3 AnswersOther - Food & Drink1 decade agoWhy do people ask a question here Then ask again?
So why do people who have several replies to a question then ask the same question 15 minutes later? I can understand if they have had no reply, but if there are replies why not take note of them.
3 AnswersYahoo Answers1 decade agoHe's bi and won't admit it. Slightly irritated.?
I have a Friend who has had several partners, some male and some female. He will date a guy for a while, tell everyone he's gay, then split a few weeks later. Then if he meets a girl, he will date, tells everyone he's straight then ends up splitting. Depending on the sex of his partner he is either gay or straight, he won't admit he likes both.
I'm now getting irritated by this it's been going on for years so it's not like hes experimenting then made a decision. I also feel he's deceiving his partners by saying his sexuality is one thing but hiding all the previous partners from them. I'm not bothered what his sexuality is, it's the claiming hes one thing then changing his mind a couple of weeks later.
Why doesn't he just say he's bi and leave it at that?
7 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender1 decade ago20 year break, Which Bike?
I Used to ride a CB 125 (plus a couple of 100's) have had long break but now looking at taking full test. Intention was to get a 125 again for a year then upgrade but guy in bike shop saying go for something bigger straight away. I do see his point as I may have to do some journeys of up to 70 miles each way, but I used to ride in the days when anything over 400 was getting into the big bikes catergory. Any suggestions?
