Need help finding Pit Bull foster?

My friend has been evicted and is coming to stay with me. No pets are allowed and she has a PitBull, very loveable dog but outlawed here. Does anyone know of any Organizations that offer temporary foster care? Would be great if could find one in Washington State or one that is on the way to Kansas. She has had her Pit for 8 1/2 years. Need help desperately

I know of no "temporary" fosters...the only temp foster I have ever heard of is for deployed military.

She will need to be surrendered to a rescue or find a friend to take the dog.

Try searching for pit rescues, some might be willing to foster for a couple months for a donation. I'll link a site in the sources that has a list of rescues... contact all the ones that are close enough and hopefully one can help.

Try craigslist....I just saw an ad in craigslist for someone to foster their pitbull for a period of 3 months (theyd provide all the costs for the food and medical stuff ) you should maybe try on ad for every stop you plan to make.

I was actually thinking of doing it for a time ( its great you get to enjoy having a dog for a period of time and then you give em back lol win win. plus its no cost to the owner but the regular food bill ... you just have to feel comfortable with the people

Can only suggest you look for Pitt bull rescue and ask them if your friend could pay to have him fostered until she finds her own place.
