They will eventually, but it will never work out. L.A. doesn't want a team. They won't accept a new team, cause they will suck, and they won't accept a team that has moved. Cause it won't be "their" team.

The NFL won't allow the L.A. to continue to go on without a team, but I don't see much choice in the matter. The only team that I can see moving and having any real kind of support from the local area is the Rams. The Rams were there from 1946-1994. Yeah, the Rams were originally out of Cleveland before they moved to Los Angeles, but that was an incredibly long time ago. The Rams soon developed quite a following. After the Rams left, it left many Californians feeling like they were jilted at the altar.

California can handle 4 teams. The state is big enough to handle two teams a measly bay away from each other, I think it can handle 4 teams statewide. Besides, California is so big and long, each area is like their own state. Northern Californians are way different from Central and Southern Californians. An so on and so forth.

I'd have to go Raiders. They're notorious for their players and their fans beating up people on and off the field. Year after year they have the most penalties in the league, a lot of which are from hitting too hard or too late. I heard an interview with an ex-Raider who admitted that even though their team wasn't very good, other teams were scared to play them simply because they would injure so many players, and he was proud of this reputation. So yeah.

Because California already has 3 freakin' teams (49ers, Chargers, Raiders).

Ownership wants a new stadium and they wanted the city to pay for it. The Colosseum just didn't cut it. To old and the money producing corporate suites didn't exist. With the new Texas stadium costing `1.3 billion I'm thinking California could never afford this. Also southern Cal is famous for not supporting its sports teams.

Lack of interest in Los Angeles.

They've had teams. If they were all that interested, they'd still have one.
