this is kind of silly but when you are in the bathroom and you use toilet paper to blow your nose, is it best?

is it best to throw the tissue in the toilet or wastebasket? I am thinking about being GREEN.

Into the garbage. Everything we put down the toilet needs to be removed before the water can be filtered and put back into the water supply. You allow your water treatment plant to run more efficiently the less you flush or put down the drain. You also should not use your sink as a garbage can. It is better for our water supply to scrape your dishes into the can than down the sink.

i'm in complete contract with you. I roll off the roll approximately 2-thrice, then get what i'm going to apply. I not often sit down, I stability over the seat. I carry a hand sanitizer with me so i do no longer could difficulty appropriate to the paper towels or the blow dryers. If I ever meet you in a public restroom, i'm going to be happy to proportion my shuttle length tp. I run out in many cases and forget to get extra, yet i'm going to proportion. and that i in no way use the stall closest to the door. i've got heard that's the main used. i'm going to apply the only closest to the handicap stall. you're actually not on my own! Be blessed.

It's best to have a washcloth to blow your nose on so that you can just wash it and not create paper waste products.

Toss the TP in the toilet since it would have gone there anyway.

I think it's funny you ask because I wonder the same thing. I personally always flush because of sanitary purposes. The less germs floating around during cold season, the better.

either way it has to be processed or reprocessed, so for sanitary reasons flush it, for easier recycling toss it. once flushed is has to be handle under a different set of rules for recycling. bio rules. for just regular paper recycling the rules are less stiff. so if you truly want to be green always keep a hankie in your pocket. use it just once for sanitary reasons, then get another. soap is cheaper yet than recycling.
