What's the best site through which to find a children's book illustrator?

I'm looking for a site like CrowdSpring, I think, where I can easily get samples of work to find what I like; then manage the project (in this case, by page in the book) to acquire the illustrations.

Update:

Didn't mean to suggest CrowdSpring is the wrong choice; just didn't occur to me how to use it to manage multiple pages with one illustrator. I don't need 1 design but many illustrations from the same illustrator.

Why look for a site LIKE crowdSPRING? We've had lots of great illustration projects - and on crowdSPRING, you pick from actual illustrations created for you, rather than bids and proposals. :)
